FlaggerAI Support
FlaggerAI is a free rider companion app for motocross events using the FlaggerAI platform. Riders can sign in, view participating tracks and events, register for available race classes, and access race-day information such as live timing, preliminary lap data, and posted results when enabled by the event organizer.
Getting Help
For help with your FlaggerAI rider account, event entry, race results, or app access, contact FlaggerAI support.
Account and Sign-In Help
Use the same email address you used when creating your rider account or registering for an event. If you cannot access your account, contact support with your name, email address, and the track/event you are trying to access.
Event Entries and Payments
Race entry availability, class options, pricing, refunds, and event rules are controlled by the participating track or event organizer. FlaggerAI and Advance Concept Software do not charge riders a separate platform fee for race sign-ups.
Timing and Results
Live timing and lap data may be preliminary and unofficial while an event is in progress. Official posted results are provided when finalized by the event organizer.
Feature Availability
Available features may vary by track, event, and race-day hardware. Some events may support entries only, while others may also support live timing, replay clips, notifications, or posted results.
Account Deletion
To delete your FlaggerAI account, sign in, open Account, and use Delete Account. You can also email support from the address on your account and request deletion.
Privacy
FlaggerAI uses rider account information to provide app access, event entry, race-day information, timing/results display, and notifications where enabled.
